Review Description: Disappointed in the cam 2.App constantly freezes so I cannot actually see my baby, I have to keep closing it down and re opening it which takes about 7 minutes in which I just get up and go to my babies room. Happy with the image quality especially at night time but again it freezes and isn’t moving in real time with my baby so you think he looks as though he’s still sleeping but really the camera just isn’t working in real time. Not worth the money and wouldn’t recommend it

Review Description: Bought the new cam 2 and it does not comply to the standards expected. It cannot record video clips which is supposed to be the special feature. I’ve been in contact with customer support ongoing with false promises. Two months later nothing been fixed and cam still not recording clips. App update out and problem still not fixed as promised. Too expensive and doesn’t do what it says.

The price point of the sock is premium and as a company they are aware it’s a lifeline for many parents. If that’s so why are the parts used such low quality, we have had almost every part replaced yet this still break very fast.
