My overview for oysho.com Ordered and paid an internet reward certificates on 20.12. The cardboard was a christmas reward, and ought to be delivered on 24.12 through sms and e-mail to the recipient. On 20.12 they despatched an order affirmation, additionally confirming the small print of the recipient. On 24.12 they despatched me an e-mail confirming the succesfull supply of the reward certificates, nonetheless nothing was obtained - neither e-mail or sms. Within the order affirmation I can see that every one the contact information is right, so no error from my aspect. This was presupposed to be a present for christmas eve, however Oysho didnt handle to ship (All they needed to do was to ship an e-mail or sms). So the standing is that no reward was delivered and I've to attend 2 days till I can contact Oysho and ask them to resend the reward certificates or return the cash that I paid. It is rather disappointing
