To my dismay, the estimated shipping time I was given was 3-5 days, a far cry from the reality of my situation. Anticipating the arrival of some much-needed pillows, I found myself let down by the prolonged delay and lack of communication. However, amidst my disappointment, a ray of light shone through in the form of a kind and understanding representative. Despite the company's shortcomings, this individual's empathy and professionalism did not go unnoticed. Ultimately, the prolonged wait and lack of concrete information led me to make the difficult decision to cancel my order. It's disheartening to encounter such subpar service when my hopes were set on enjoying quality products. While my experience may have been marred by disappointment, the grace and understanding exhibited by the representative are worthy of commendation.
