Unfortunately, it has now been almost 6 weeks, and my attempts to reach out for updates have been met with frustration. Despite calling the store a staggering 30 times and sending numerous emails to their customer service department, I have yet to receive a single meaningful response. It's disheartening that my repeated efforts to speak with a representative have only led to dead-end recordings. As a customer who lives 90 miles from the store, I've already had to make an inconvenient trip to return the faulty firearm, and the lack of communication has only added to my frustration.
