Extremely bad customer service
My review for pandawill.com After two succesful orders my excpectations were high. Last December I ordered a phone and the payment was withdrawn from my cc, but the order remained unprocessed. After 5 e-mails (pandawill claiming that the money wasn't paid) the order finally was restarted and I received the phone. Upon reception I discovered the SIM slots were not as adverised, so I asked for a solution, since I cannot use the phone. After 30 e-mails I have not received a solution. You keep trying and hoping that an adequate anwser might come...but nothing. Calling the phone number as advertised on the web site does disconnect spontaneousy. Bottom line: I strongly discourage to order at pandawill. Please find another supplier. This extremely bad service is something no one deserves. M
