Review Description: Did a click and collect for a Christmas present. Terrible experience. When I got to the shop I had to wait in a queue for 25 minutes with people who just wanted to browse. When I finally got to the counter they just got what I’d ordered from the display, bagged it up etc.As far from click and collect as you can imagine. Pointless service.
