Regrettably, this incident has left a lasting impression, and we are reluctant to return to that particular Papa John's branch. What was presupposed to be a soothing evening at dwelling watching films and consuming pizza, began out with a name to alabaster police division. Jeff went to Papa Johns Pizza in alabaster, Retailer #696565 1ST ST N., Alabaster, AL 35007, to choose up our pizza. He known as me as he was getting within the automobile from selecting up our order to substantiate that we solely ordered two pizzas as a result of we sometimes order three. I defined that I ordered three and advised him that I might ship him a screenshot of the order. Jeff didn’t know that he didn’t hold up the cellphone so I used to be on the cellphone listening. He went again inside to inform the man who gave jeff our order that he was given another person’s order. Jeff put the pizza on the counter and stated “I’m glad I known as my spouse, I believe you gave me the improper order, we ordered three pizzas”. Jeff stated that the worker picked up the highest pizza and stated, Is she Melanie? this Is your order. I might hear jeff say, have a look at my cellphone right here is the order. The worker didn’t need to hear that he had given us another person’s order and that each one jeff needed was the pizza that we ordered and paid $58 for. He was yelling for jeff to get the “F$&@ out of his retailer” and saved cursing at him. Jeff saved telling him no and was attempting to indicate him the order in order that we'd get the proper pizzas. I actually needed to name 911 to inform them that my husband was being screamed at and confronted by this worker as a result of my husband was given the improper pizza and needed the proper pizza. The police got here, jeff was calm, which they famous earlier than they even went into papa John’s to see what was happening. The worker had known as 911 on my husband as a result of he got here again inside to get our pizzas and return those we got. The worker confronted the police and instantly obtained irrational and confrontational. It was a totally insane state of affairs. We won't be going again to that Papa John’s ever once more.
