During my visit to the OZIRIS ride around 9:10-9:30 pm, I encountered a series of unpleasant interactions with the operators. Not only was I given conflicting instructions, but the manner in which one of the operators communicated with me was highly disrespectful. This left a sour taste in an otherwise thrilling experience. Furthermore, encountering water-filled rafts in the Oxygénarium was another letdown. It's discomforting to find yourself knee-deep in water due to improperly maintained equipment. It was clear that some of the staff lacked the enthusiasm and dedication that the TOUTATIS team exemplified. Their arrogant demeanor led them to make us rejoin the regular line while callously remarking, "Oh, it's not very crowded." I wished I had expressed that "all the more reason for us to take the line that our health conditions permit," but it seemed they were too engrossed in their authority to be empathetic. Additionally, the €20 parking fee felt excessive. However, I must commend the amiable staff at Restaurant du Lac. Overall, I left somewhat disappointed. If you have disabilities, I would recommend visiting Mer 2 Sable instead for a more inclusive experience. C
