My review for paulaschoice.co.uk I've been using 2% bha toner for about 4 months now. The toner is actually a good exfoliator. But the initial purging was horrible. But after the purge skin does feel much better. I've been waiting to get my hands on the retinol but not quite sure if it'll suit my acne prone skin. Overall, a bit pricey but good.

Poor care to loyal customers

My review for paulaschoice.co.uk Been a loyal customer for years. Bought £60 odd of goods and chose a ‘free’ birthday gift, i choose 1 item from a possible 5/6. This was a gel cleanser wash not a cleanser to use with a cotton wool pad. I asked if theyd swop it and they replied saykng no because i hadnt paid for it ( i didnt ask for a refund, I asked to swop it) they told me to give it away and offered me 15% off my next purchase?! I replied stating i wanted to swop it for one of the other ‘free’ options..:: no reply… they just want yr money and dont care about you after… deeply disappointed…

Disappointing

My review for paulaschoice.co.uk I have used several products from Paula's Choice and been very pleased with them. However I find Ceremide-Enriched Firming Eye Cream to be very disappointing. The texture is sticky and not easily absorbed, making it difficult to retain make up. More importantly, I find that it irritates my eyes, making them sore and causing them to weep. I have had to stop using it after only a few days.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE SCAMMERS

My review for paulaschoice.co.uk Ordered from them over two weeks ago with next day shipping. Still no update. Contacting them to request a refund as I am moving house and they said they cannot due to company policy and that I have to refuse the parcel from an address I will no longer be at. Absolutely shocking

I had a missing item in my parcel and…

My review for paulaschoice.co.uk I had a missing item in my parcel and when I called up they did sort it out straight away. The advisor was so helpful and also gave so much advice as to how and when I used my products as she had noticed I had picked up many products with actives in it. Honestly the most helpful and kindest customer advisor I have come across! Really appreciated the genuine advice and they automatically recognised my account when I called through my telephone number I suppose so I didnt have to clarify the whole order number,etc..

Disappointing customer service would not recommend!!!

My review for paulaschoice.co.uk Over two weeks and my parcel has not been delivered now I’m being messed around by customer service saying they’re looking into it. Not good enough! They were happy to take my £123! Disappointing customer service would not recommend!!! Shame I do like the products.... when they arrive that is

I purchased 2 items from Paula’s Choice…

My review for paulaschoice.co.uk I purchased 2 items from Paula’s Choice : 2% BHA Exfoliant and 1% Retinol Treatment - both great products! The first I purchased was exfoliant. I’ve been using it for a while now and there has been a big improvement to my skin. I was so happy with the product that I also decided to try 1% retinol - very powerful product! (It is not recommended to use both products together). I am amazed with the results. My skin is now spotless, pores are gone and I am no longer struggling with acne issue. Those products are very good replacement for professional facial treatments - the result is the same. I truly recommend!!

Do not buy through this website

My review for paulaschoice.co.uk Good products, bad customer service. I made an order today and first time around the website said ‘payment declined’ so I went through checkout again, only to then receive two confirmation emails and 2 payments were taken. I immediately started a live chat where the lady was rude and told me I’d made a mistake and ordered twice - ‘No -your website made the mistake and charged me twice’. I was told it was policy that they can’t cancel an order and I would only get my money back by refusing to accept the order when it arrived. I then called the customer service team who we equally unhelpful stating that it was ‘policy’. Well what a stupid policy that I cant get my money back after YOUR website charged me twice! I want my money back now!

I did a lot of research before buying…

My review for paulaschoice.co.uk I did a lot of research before buying from Paula's Choice due to my Rosacea-prone skin but was willing to give them a go.. After a year or so of using their products, I wouldn't use anyone else. Their Calm range has really helped to keep my skin under control and I would personally recommend if you have a similar skin type. I would say their products are a little bit on the expensive side but totally worth it if the products works for you.

The products genuinely work (follow the routine finder to identify the right ones for you); they have generous special offers and free gifts; and on the one occasion I did have a problem with a product, their customer service was outstanding. I’m a loyal repeat customer and have been for a few years now.

Great Customer Service

My review for paulaschoice.co.uk I wanted to try Paula’s Choice as my skin has been a mess these past 12 months. My skin type is sensitive and dry but acne prone so it was recommended I try their ‘Calm’ range, which I did. I really liked their mineral moisturiser and the UnScrub, which I ordered as an add on. Unfortunately though, after using the products for over a month, my skin did not improve. I contacted them under their 60 day money back guarantee, they advised me of the return address to send the products back and the day after they were returned, I received a full refund! Whilst I am disappointed that these products did not work for me, their customer service was second to none in honouring their money back guarantee.

Absolutely love them after more than 10 years of experience..

My review for paulaschoice.co.uk I have been using Paula's Choice products for more than 10 years and I am not willing to use on my face any other products. They have a huge choice of high quality products, they have a solution for every skin concerns. Favourite ones are the exfoliators.. I have tried lots of different ones though,they are all amazing. Never had any problems with them,they have my absolute trust. Highly recommend them!!!

Can customer service respond please

My review for paulaschoice.co.uk On the 12th of March, I received my order from PC however I only received one of the two bottles of Skin Perfecting 2% BHA liquid exfoliant I had ordered. I emailed the customer service email the same day explaining the situation as I believed this to be a simple mistake as the shipping order that came within the box said there should be two bottles. I have received no feedback from the customer service team since then. I have been charged for two bottles of this product and only received one of them. I emailed them again on the 17th of March and still received no response. I love your products but I won't consider purchasing again if this is the level of customer service that can be expected.
