Review Description: I purchased a sweater for my partner for Christmas. When he tried it on Christmas morning, we noticed a fault with the zip. I emailed Percival customer services and quickly got a helpful, apologetic response on Boxing Day morning. A gift card was issued straight away. We are so impressed with the service from Percival and will certainly be purchasing more items from them in the future. The garments from this brand are very high quality, an over shirt my partner has worn many many times is still in perfect condition. Thank you very much.

However Percival have been excellent in sorting out a new order and refunding any delivery costs as a result. Very prompt responses and a good company to deal with.

Review Description: Really terrible service. Ordered an item and they sent the wrong one. As no customer service is available at the weekend, I put through a return for the original item and put in another order, hoping to get the right item. They just sent the wrong item again. No one responds to emails, the online chat is shut and there is seemingly no way to speak to anyone. They now have my money for two orders (plus the extra for postage). Awful.

Review Description: Have used Percival a few times and everytime I send returns back they take forever processing and you have to constantly chase them up. The last order has been confirmed as received by Percival on the 2nd December 2022 & I have had absolutely no response from them. Have chased and still nothing. Terrible customer service. They really need to address this as seems to be regular occurrence going by comments on this review platform! Also beware, they have no contact numbers.

Review Description: I had a bit of an issue with one of their T-shirts and I got in touch with the team over Instagram and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Alfie replied with a good amount of humour and conversed with me like a human! Which is always appreciated.Besides this issue, their clothes have always been great quality. The fact they resolved my issue the way they did has definitely made me want to continue shopping with them and couldn’t recommend them enough. Big love and Happy Christmas Percival!

Review Description: I ordered a Campari sweater as a gift back in September. I never received the item Order 133365 - Yodel posted a note through my door saying it had been returned to the company. Thereafter I began to send emails to try and arrange re-delivery or refund. I have to date not had any response and am £160 out of pocket. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you enjoy frustration and disappointment - I'm writing this review in a last ditch effort to obtain a response before commencing legal action.
