Review Description: I felt compelled to write a review after being so hesitant to buy based on the reviews online. I ordered a necklace for my mother of my daughter and niece (her grandkids). It came fast and is perfect. I think that the gold itself is a little thin but I think the price is reasonable considering you are buying a super personalized piece of jewelry. I could not be happier!

Review Description: I ordered a heart shaped locket necklace plus paying more than $20 2-day Fed/Ex shipping on Monday, December 12, 2022.Today, not only I have not received my order, but Fed/Ex also told me that they switched to ground shipping and God know when I will be getting my order.I emailed them for a full refund, and they did not yet reply.I believe this is a scam operation.I want my money back.

Review Description: I wouldn’t buy anything from this company; especially something mechanical. I bought a mechanical movement pocket watch that was beautiful looking and seemed to be made fairly well. That being said the movement only run intermittently. I tap the watch and it stops. Tap it again and it starts. The worst part is I emailed them and told them exactly what was happening and they stopped responding. This is on an item that was over a couple hundred bucks too.
