Review Description: Bought a PS5 from the site, it came with broken CD drive. Sony did nothing to help. Made several attempts to call and ask for help. They provided false promises and did not follow through with anything. I've had enough. I lost 500-600 bucks and I'm tired of fighting for my refund. Buy at your own risk. Good luck.

Review Description: There is never a response when trying to talk to an assistant. Wait time says less than 10 minutes but the response never happens. If you refresh it tells you it is unable to get into contact with an agent and to try again at another time. Playstation needs a refund system instead of scamming people into making refunds next to impossible.

Review Description: Need a specific refund, the only way to get it is by going through live chat.The problem? Absolutely no response, been trying for the past 4 days, every day after work. Says can you hold for 10 minutes to transfer to an agent. And you get absolutely nowhere.No alternatives at all beyond going to the forum. It's disgusting they don't have a phone number or a simpler way to ask for a refund when your ps+ subscription was auto renewed.
