Price increase straight after contract began
My review for plus.net I took out a broadband contract with Plusnet after BT tried to increase my monthly payments by a ridiculous amount. No sooner has my contract begun with Plusnet they've written to me to tell me they are increasing my price inline with inflation. I don't care what small print there is in a contract, I believe Plusnet offered me a low price to get me in and knw all along they would increase it later. Side note: I tried looking at my contract to find where they could do this and I got the following message:"You've arrived on this page after trying to download a summary of your contract. Sorry, we've had a problem finding your contract summary. Please try selecting the link in your email again. Still not working? Give us a call on 0800 432 0200."It's extremely concerning that my contract cannot be foudn after they've notified me of a mid-term price increase. I'll be leaving Plusnet as soon as I can. I
