Upon calling the corporate 5 days later, I used to be instructed thst the slide was bought out, however I can spend an extra $700 to improve to a unique one, or wait till July or possibly later than that. I requested my a refund, and was assured that it might be credited 24 hours later. I'm now 72+ hours later and no refund. After calling again immediately, I really feel like I get the run round and no straight solutions. My subsequent step is the lawyer normal and BBB. M
