LONG LONG wait for furniture and forget the delivery! EVEN MORE OF A PROBLEM
My review for potterybarn.com I'm not going into all detail but it took 3 +months to receive some of my order and when it was time to deliver, there was only 1 delivery option or I was going to have to wait the following month. So if you want to receive your furniture anywhere from 3-8 months and are ok with that and have the flexibility to accept the one limited spot of delivery than buy here. otherwise don't waste your precious time! I will never order at pottery barn again!! NEVER! Oh and I had several other pieces I just cancelled because it was going to take until end of MAY and they were going to hold the whole order - in the meantime I'm paying a bill from pottery barn! what a great investment scheme.
