It’s a nightmare, pre paid, delayed deliveries, damaged furniture, horrid return experience and STILL waiting 120 days since pickup 300 days since request return to get my refund. Heavily documented of broken promises including phone calls, text, emails and photos all to no avail and still NO REFUND ON APPROVED RETURN OF DAMAGED FURNITURE. Pottery barn capital one should also be held accountable they have to realize what’s going on. It’s a huge scam they have to be in on it.

Review Description: Second time that they cancelled my delivery without notice. I've ordered a desk, cabinet and hutch and paid all items 4 months ago! No notification about the cancellation, it showed up all of a sudden while I was tracking the delivery. I've taken time off from work both times, not to mention the many hours I spent on the phone to reach someone to find out what happened and to reschedule. Very unprofessional for a company that is so expensive and claims to sell high quality furniture. Costumer service is terrible.

Review Description: Pottery barn is basically a thief at this point. DO NOT buy unless you plan to take to the grave with you. Returned a DAMAGED bed and waiting for refund for over two months now. I’ve sat on hold with customer service for over an hour five times, talked with the store directly and they keep promising a refund and nothing shows up!!!!! I have even done a three way call with the bank where the bank it’s telling pottery barn the return attempt was not successful and pottery barn is fighting the bank!!!!!!! I have been given the runaround for almost a year regarding a damaged couch that was delivered. They finally replaced it, but after I had to constantly call to follow up. I was told I would be compensated and that it would be credited to my Pottery Barn card, now they are telling me that they can't do that because it is not the original card the furniture was brought on..... needless to say, it's the only card I have.
