Review Description: I think it’s pretty ridiculous to not be able to change the address or cancel an order when the order hasn’t been fulfilled yet. I placed an order on your website and didn’t realize my old out of state address was saved in my address book. I was not able to cancel the order or make any changes so my package is basically going to go to an old address out of state. They said nothing could be done even though I immediately contacted them after placing the order.

Both was suppose to be here today October 12 I track the first one and it’s lost and the second one is in a whole different state I’ve tried to get in touch with customer service and I’ve gotten no where ! The item still showed as being in my cart and not submitted, yet I see TWO PROCESSING charge on my card for $38 each which has not yet been finalized (I have since removed the item from my cart). At this time both transactions are pending, yet when I went to check my emails for a receipt, there was none.
