Cancelation policies.

My review for priceline.com Make sure to triple check their cancelation policy when booking as it's not clear and they will show you that it follows hotel policy which is 100% refundable but then your surprised that its non-refundable from them!!

Great booking experience!

My review for priceline.com Garfield assisted me in booking an international flight. I had several inquiries and Garfield patiently addressed all of them. When there was a slight problem with one of the connecting flights, he found a remedy to the issue, and promptly updated me to make sure that I understood about the changes and that I was comfortable with it. His professionalism, excellent customer service and pleasant attitude is admirable and commendable.

Their “express deal 33% off for random 3.5 star hotel” was a total scam

My review for priceline.com Their "express deal 33% off for random 3.5 star" was a total scam the hotel was not anywhere close to a 3.5 star. I took many pictures everything is broken or torn or non functional. 1 star at best and that's being generous. I feel scammed. I told them about it and they didn't care even when I threatened to never use their site again. So I will definitely not use it again.

Priceline Partners Scam!

My review for priceline.com Priceline Partners Scam! Priceline uses various partners to process booking under their umbrella. While trying to book a trip a popup came up for a 5% discount. I clicked on the link and booked the room. The link was a scam in that they showed one price and after I put in my cc info and selected book, the company (getaway.com) added roughly 350$ above what it said I was paying. I got no where with getaway.com and was told if I wanted to cancel the fraudulent transaction that I’d have to do it with Priceline. Priceline acknowledged this was a partner that performed bookings for them but they could not reference the booking # and ran me through the ringer for hours. I talked to a half dozen agents and eventually was told I was being transferred to senior management. They transferred me to an entry level booking.com agent. That was a surprise as I thought these 2 companies competed??? The agent at booking.com explained that Priceline is booking.coms mother company. What I learned is Priceline has a lot of junior partners that work under their umbrella (giving the appearance of competition) and some of their partners are complete frauds. Priceline admits that these companies are partnered under them but so far has not taken any responsibility for their fraud and at least at the entry level cant even access the bookings. Beware of Priceline as they have Fraudulent partnerships!!!

I booked a stay and was charged to my…

My review for priceline.com I booked a stay and was charged to my account but when the page reloaded it did not provide a confirmation to my page or my email. I then reached out to the hotel to confirm and they did not have a reservation for me, I called Priceline and they could not find a reservation. I am disputing the charge but after back and forth they never found the reservation, they won't honor the price (now 100$ more per night), and they refused to honor pricing or provide credit, or help in any way. I am left without a room and with options that are very expensive as well as a charge I have to dispute

There are too many places to book hotel…

My review for priceline.com There are too many places to book hotel rooms to deal with a company where I felt scammed and was offered poor customer service, I’ve used Priceline for20+ years.. im not one to leave a bad review from one experience, when others were good, but today is that day.. as I offered them the opportunity to fix the issue I had, and they have zero interest.. and poor customer service . this is a $25 dispute. I don’t care about $25, I hate feeling scammed and I was. i never, ever leave a bad review without attempting to resolve the issue, and even then when offered good customer service, with no solution, I let it go. it’s unfortunate. I’m not even looking for the best price when booking through them, just using them as a booking agent, as I’m familiar with the platform, so it’s easy and familiar .. bye!

HOTEL BOOKING IN HAWAII

My review for priceline.com Book a hotel room for Honolulu using Priceline and the agent set it up for a 1-bed instead of 1-bed. Upon checking in we were told room has only one bed booked by Priceline and to get 2-bed room we had to pay an additional $564.00. Called Priceline and they would not do anything to compensate for their mistake. And the booking agent could hardly speak English. Of all the years of travel and travel assistance this was the worst company we have experienced. DO NOT USE PRICELINE...!!! LET EVERYONE YOU KNOW WHO TRAVELS NOT TO USED PRICELINE...!!!

Double Charged Taxes and Fees

My review for priceline.com During the booking process on Priceline.com, I was charged €68.75 for taxes and fees, as clearly stated in the description provided on their website. It was explicitly mentioned that this charge covered all applicable taxes, including sales tax, occupancy tax, and other similar taxes. Furthermore, it was stated that the charge included any government-imposed service fees or other fees required by law to be collected by the hotel. However, upon my arrival at the hotel, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional €60 for city tax. This came as a surprise to me, as I had already paid a substantial amount for taxes and fees during the booking process on Priceline.com. I have kindly requested a refund of the €60 I paid at the hotel, as it appears to be an unnecessary double charge for taxes and fees. They refused to issue me a refund and replied to me that I "might need to call the hotel directly to discuss the charges". According to the information provided on the Priceline invoice, Priceline is responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable taxes to the hotel. Keep in mind when you book with them that you may pay some taxes.

The car rental van never came

My review for priceline.com I bought a prepaid car rental from Priceline though ACE car rentals. I was promised a shuttle from the airport to pickup the car. I waited two hours. The local number for Ace car rentals was always busy and after waiting it said call back later. Finally got through and was told they couldn't pick us up at all. Ace is not part of the airport like more legit car rental places. They charged my credit card as soon as I placed a reservation - I am disputing it.
