The courier hired by the company falsely claimed that the address was incorrect, which was not the case. Upon reporting the issue to the customer service office on March 30, 2023, I was provided with misleading information, leading to a blatant violation of the order fulfillment agreement. The customer service representative, Jerzy Zatopek, made several alarming statements, such as insisting that we had only 14 days to file a complaint without providing any clarification on how this timeframe was calculated. Additionally, he wrongly attributed the responsibility for contacting the courier to me, which contradicts the terms of the agreement where the supplier assumes the risk associated with shipping when the customer is a consumer. Furthermore, Mr. Zatopek attempted to shift the blame onto me by claiming that we failed to provide a contact number for the courier, despite the agreement explicitly stating that only an email address is required throughout the order fulfillment process. This deceitful behavior is unacceptable from any company. PrintWorld's lack of accountability, poor communication, and disregard for the customer's rights have left me deeply disappointed. I can no longer trust this company and caution others against falling victim to their deceitful practices.

Attempting to shift blame unjustly onto me, Jerzy insinuated our failure to provide a contact number hampered the delivery process. However, in alignment with the General Terms of the Contract, the sole requirement is to furnish an email address throughout the order fulfillment, negating the mandate for a phone number at any stage. Reflecting on this disheartening encounter, I am compelled to warn others against the deceitful practices of this company. Stand vigilant, for the shadows of deception loom large where genuine care and excellence should reign supreme.
