Incompetent Mess of a Firm

My evaluate for puritan.com Like all the opposite longtime clients I'm finished with this mess of an organization. Order paid by way of PayPal. Not despatched as a result of an merchandise was out of inventory, then 2 gadgets and three gadgets. Referred to as after 1 1/2 weeks and demanded that in inventory gadgets be despatched. No motion after 2 days. Referred to as once more. Out there gadgets have been to be expedited; PayPay might be refunded however I couldn't put the brand new cost on PayPal, I would wish to present a bank card to somebody outdoors the USA. No approach! I'm not opening myself as much as theft. Canceled all the order and demanded full refund of the unique order. This firm is a multitude. I'll by no means order from them once more. Customer Service, which I once relied on for assistance, now seemed clueless about the ongoing situation. Their reluctance to provide any information or clarity left me frustrated and disappointed. I couldn't help but express my frustration, conveying my disappointment to them. It was disheartening to see a once-reputable company undergo such a swift decline under Nestlé's ownership. The lack of transparency and communication from Puritan Pride post-acquisition by Nestlé has left loyal customers like me feeling abandoned and in the dark.
