Never Again! Disappointing Experience with Quellogiusto.it

After reading positive reviews, I decided to shop at Quellogiusto.it for the first time, but it turned out to be a nightmare. I ordered three pairs of shoes in different sizes, eagerly waiting for them to arrive. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration as the orders remained in the "Processing" state for over 10 days, despite the website's 3-5 day shipping claim. The situation worsened when I attempted to seek support. To my dismay, the customer service was non-existent. Calls went unanswered, and my emails received no response. Even reaching out on WhatsApp proved futile, with my messages being read but ignored for over 3 days. This experience left me feeling deceived and disrespected. Quellogiusto.it not only failed to deliver the promised goods but also showed a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction. It's unacceptable to leave customers in the dark without any form of communication, and it's simply rude. In conclusion, I strongly advise against making any purchases from Quellogiusto.it. The disappointment of undelivered goods and unresponsive customer service is not worth the hassle. As for me, I won't be returning, and I hope others are spared from a similar experience.
