Review Description: Very disappointed with QVC as the last four items I have ordered I haven’t received. waiting 20 to 30 minutes to get through to customer service to complain, I feel that they can’t be bothered. I can’t reorder the items as they’re all sold out , Evri just haven’t been bothered to deliver so after 18 years been a very good customer to Qvc I will not be ordering from them again

The cost was for the delivery and eventual return.Most suppliers do not charge for returns faulty or not. It cost more to return with EVRI than post.Closed my account and deleted payment cards.

I wasn't expecting it to come so quickly, and was very impressed, both with the product/packaging, and the speedy Evri delivery. Refused to get it investigated today, then made excuses that no managers were answering the phone and told me I would have to wait 72 hours for a call back from a manager. Review Description: QVC Not the same as it used to be ordered free items 2 arrived the 3rd is at evri’s hub no doubt someone helped themselves as I had a message saying it was at their hub but delivery was delayed that was too weeks ago . I now have the hassle of contacting QVC akso hsvecto return one of the other items a pair of earrings they snapped !
