Review Description: Very disappointed with QVC as the last four items I have ordered I haven’t received. waiting 20 to 30 minutes to get through to customer service to complain, I feel that they can’t be bothered. I can’t reorder the items as they’re all sold out , Evri just haven’t been bothered to deliver so after 18 years been a very good customer to Qvc I will not be ordering from them again

Review Description: I didn’t receive my item so customer services said I could choose to have either a refund or replacement. That is as far as I got and have been unable to get a response since. It was my first and last purchase from them.

Review Description: Unfortunately a minus is not available!,Next to STUDIO worse company I have ever dealt with. Basically it cost me £12 to view an item which was cheap and nasty. The cost was for the delivery and eventual return.Most suppliers do not charge for returns faulty or not. It cost more to return with EVRI than post.Closed my account and deleted payment cards.

Review Description: Very impressive - I ordered the product 10pm on Tuesday, and it was delivered to me by Evri at 1.30pm on Thursday. I wasn't expecting it to come so quickly, and was very impressed, both with the product/packaging, and the speedy Evri delivery. Very well done to both, especially when there are so many delays everywhere two days before Christmas!!

Review Description: My orders in November were delayed a month. My latest QVC order is also delayed.I think I'll tell my bank to delay the 3 easy pays.QVC have apparently turned off normal methods of contacting them as they can't handle the complaints #EvriAreCrap

Review Description: If I could give to zero stars I would. I have been waiting for a parcel for 10 days, spoke on the phone to Susan today who was NOT helpful. Refused to get it investigated today, then made excuses that no managers were answering the phone and told me I would have to wait 72 hours for a call back from a manager. Happy to take my money but false advertise on when the delivery will be made! Will never order again.

Review Description: LiarI bought a Tempur pillow (order number: 6360301) on 25/11, and waited over 10 days, this company lied to me Tempur shipped out with Evri (another Liar), but with no tracking, I have been waited for 20 days and finally got a refund, This company still can send email to me saying I returned the order. No trust and blacklist forever!

Review Description: QVC Not the same as it used to be ordered free items 2 arrived the 3rd is at evri’s hub no doubt someone helped themselves as I had a message saying it was at their hub but delivery was delayed that was too weeks ago . I now have the hassle of contacting QVC akso hsvecto return one of the other items a pair of earrings they snapped !
