My review for randmcnally.com I don't know if you guys even read this but here goes, we spent almost 1000.00 on our tnd550 unit and since day one it has given us nothing but grief. This thing is expensive AF and the best you could do was give it mini USB a format so outdated that my last device that had it was the old black and white BlackBerry. This thing constantly overheating and when it's not trying to burn us to the ground, it's shutting off or stops charging unexpectedly.
