I can't reach anyone at Ray-Ban or this Luxottica to help. It's false advertising that there is any type of warranty, if you aren't able to reach anyone or get assistance when you need it. Review Description: I placed an order on Nov. 28 2022 with Black Friday discount. They sent me an email today and said that they cancelled my order due to unforeseen circumstances. I spent 40 min on the phone and was transferred around numerous times. They said I must rebuy the same items, at a higher price now, and then later on they would refund the difference. I haven't even received the first $385 that I spent, and now they want to spend another $500+ more? Terrible customer service. Will never buy from this company again.

I contacted UPS and ray-bans through email and let them know that I never received my order. UPS did not respond to me but a representative from ray-bans emailed me and offered a resolution. I contacted Rayban who sent me the UPS proof, which is just a piece of paper so absolutely zero proof.
