Customer service is appalling

My review for razer.com Customer service is appalling! I gave my son £200 to buy a RAZER BLACK SHARK V2-PRO HEADPHONES and they did not even last 7 months. He contacts them and they fob him off saying that it is wear and tear. NO! THE PRODUCT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!!! I file a complaint and they keep on sending emails back saying that my case has been closed successfully! Successfully?? All they did is ignore the messages and do nothing. My son spends hundreds of pounds in Razer products and this is how they treat their customers?we need this sorting out or I will contact head office and tell them about their customer care. Appalling!

Worst Support ever

My review for razer.com I have a Razer Keyboard. The kb itself is fine, however as may have already stated, they have what is perhaps the worst warranty and support service. I purchased the kb from Amazon. When attempting to make a warranty claim they state that Amazon is not an authorized reseller. This is only true if you purchase from a reseller on Amazon not if you purchase the product directly from Amazon which in my case I did. After many email and support calls including one with Amazon and Razer, where it was clearly communicated that my product is entitled to the full Razer warrenty (2years) Razer is still giving me the run around. Repeatedly asking for the same information over and over again, also every communication is from a different support rep, there is absolutely no continuity of responsibility... If you value your time, do not purchase from Razer, there are other products out there that cost less, from companies that actually take customer service seriously. DO NOT BUY RAZER PRODUCTS. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY!!!!!

Laptop not working on arrival and support is terrible

My review for razer.com I purchased a 2024 Razer Blade Laptop directly from Razer. The trackpad buttons did not work directly out of the box. I updated the drivers and played with the sensitivity. I jumped through the support team hoops but eventually got very frustrated with their poor customer support. I just want to return this laptop and never buy anything from Razer again. I have asked to return this laptop 4 times and their support team just ignores my requests.

Razer’s Ineptitude and Disregard for Customer Satisfaction: A Tale of Frustration

My review for razer.com My experience with Razer and their BlackWidow V4 Pro keyboard has been a nightmare from start to finish. In February 2023, I eagerly purchased the keyboard with YELLOW SWITCHES (#RZEUPP1000001263890), expecting a top-tier gaming experience. Little did I know, this purchase would lead me down a path of frustration and disappointment. Shortly after receiving the keyboard, I encountered issues with keys spamming, rendering it practically unusable. Naturally, I reached out to Razer for a replacement, hoping to rectify the situation. However, instead of addressing the root cause of the issue, Razer sent me a replacement with green switches, completely ignoring my initial preference and failing to acknowledge their mistake. Despite the inconvenience, I decided to give the green switches a chance, only to find them loud, clicky, and utterly unsuitable for my needs. Dissatisfied with the replacement, I contacted Razer once again in January 2024, specifically requesting a replacement with the original yellow switches. However, to my dismay, Razer's response was dismissive and unhelpful. They insisted on replacing the keyboard with the same green switches, completely disregarding my preference and the fact that they had initially sent the wrong switches. It's worth noting that the spamming issues persisted, indicating a fundamental flaw in the product design or manufacturing process. Yet, Razer failed to address this issue or offer any meaningful resolution. Instead, they demonstrated a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and pushed me aside with their dismissive responses. As a result, I've wasted valuable time and resources dealing with Razer's incompetence and negligence. Their refusal to acknowledge their mistakes and prioritize customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I'm left questioning whether Razer truly values its customers or if they're only interested in making a profit at the expense of consumer trust and loyalty. In conclusion, my experience with Razer has been nothing short of a nightmare. From defective products to abysmal customer service, Razer has failed me at every turn. I urge potential customers to think twice before investing in Razer products, as you may find yourself facing the same frustrations and disappointments that I have endured. At this point, I'm left questioning my options. Should I go through the hassle of ordering another keyboard with yellow switches and attempt to refund the green one by claiming it was sent in error? It's disheartening that I even have to consider such actions due to Razer's incompetence and negligence. I'm so sick of Razer's lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction. I will expose all the mail screenshots soon. RMA # RZC-167-9967CASE : 240201-002407My original keyboard : #RZEUPP1000001263890

Excellent good faith problem-resolution

My review for razer.com My experience was great because I was able to chat with an agent when I needed to. I filled out my information on the form and then was able to upload 2 videos of evidence of the flaw. I discussed a few more details with the agent, and my RMA was ready at the end of the hour-long conversation. I have had 2 problems with Razer.com Console Controllers. Both were resolved in good faith. Thank you. The product is a cut-above the standard controllers in terms of their engineering and function. Great work!

Really bad experience

My review for razer.com Really bad experience, to avoidI bought a Fujin Pro chair from Razer. I received it quite fast. But when building it, one core screw just doesn't tighten and just infinitly turns and jumps out. I tried to return the chair but support is like the worst experience i ever had. First, I couldn't find back my order on the buggy website. Then after giving 1000 informations, it was just a round trip of questions leading no where and just asking more questions. So know I'm stuck with a chair that will degrade really quickly because of this fault and that isn't even good or my size. I would never buy back from this website and will strongly recommend to avoid it.

Bought a viper v2 pro dongle issue

My review for razer.com Bought a viper v2 pro in January, after 1 week it stopped connecting to the wireless dongle with the dongle not being recognised in the softwar. Razer sent a replacement dongle to me which took over a week to arrive. And again this dongle does not work out of the packet. Tested on multiple computers with synapse and utility not even picking up the dongle.. not good enough for something that's meant to be a higher end product that's not cheap

4000USD computer Nvidia GPU died after 2 years

My review for razer.com I bought a Razer Blade 15' with a Nvidia RTX3080m in 2021. I am a developer, I take care of a lot of my laptop. No shocks, no gaming, it is always put in a padded case when I don't use it, ... After 2 years the main GPU died with no reason. The warranty is only for 1 year. Since the GPU is soldered on the motherboard the full motherboard needs to be replaced, and it will cost more than 1000USD. It is really poor quality for a 4000USD computer. My 2 previous computers (same usage) were Asus ROG and they lasted 5 and 6 years. They still work and they cost about half of the Razer price. The Razer Blade looks great. When it works it is great. But it is poor quality inside. It is not acceptable that a 4000USD computer stops working after 2 years. I won't get it repaired and I will take another Asus ROG or Dell XPS. Good advice friends: don't buy Razer, except if you plan to change your laptop every other year. Edit after: it really looks like their comments are written by AI bots. Of course, I already contacted customer support. They are very good at copy/pasting basic instructions for windows users, but completely useless in solving issues.

All Razer brands overall are crap

My review for razer.com I've been buying Razer products over the years now and never had a seamless experienceI must say ultimately for the money it's simply poor, all my peripherals are Razer but they seem still seem to have an issue to sync lights between them. Audio just stops working having to either restart machine or disable it from device manager. The worse is their customer support, requested some parts and after 6 emails sending me the same copy and paste question about the laptop they simply said we don't have the parts .. complete waste if time and over 10 days of communication. I've got Razer v15 with a chrome laptop standRaptor 27 166hzRazer mouse and keyboard - these are ok but the lighting is BSMouse matsUse the laptop with battery, sure if you want to turn your laptop to turn your laptop into a type writer.

Never again trash!!!!

My review for razer.com In a single word, they are corporate clowns. Do not waste your money on this trash brand. Their customer support: I can't imagine, how bad it could be. Every day new clown replies with a basic troubleshooting copy-pasted message, no matter how many logs, or videos you send or reinstall their synapse3 software, the clown will demand you to do the same steps the disappear. The next day you will see a new clown. This loop will continue forever until you give up.

Awful experience through and through.

My review for razer.com Awful experience through and through. Uses the worst couriers and provides shipping labels that don't allow you to return products. Nobody in customer service reads any of the previous conversations so what is the point in having any records.

Razer Delivers a Disappointing Experience: A Customer’s Honest Review

As a loyal gamer, I recently invested in a full gaming setup from Razer, hoping for an unparalleled gaming experience. However, the reality fell short of my expectations. The headset, touted for its superior quality, failed to function properly, leaving me no choice but to seek a refund. Adding to the frustration, the headset stand succumbed to damage after a mere four weeks of use. While the keyboard showcased commendable durability, the mouse unexpectedly stopped working, highlighting a significant flaw in its design. Even the mousepad, a seemingly simple accessory, proved to be of inadequate quality given its price point. Despite my efforts to maintain utmost care for my Razer setup, the products ultimately proved to be disappointingly low in quality. This experience has undoubtedly led me to reconsider future purchases from Razer, as it failed to meet the standards I had anticipated.

Cool gaming mouse for the whole family

My review for razer.com Cool gaming mouse for the whole familyWe were looking for a gaming mouse for a computer. In principle, it was not important for all family members in terms of convenience when playing on the computer. Simply in terms of quality and properties, these mice are the best. We took the Razer DeathAdder V2 gaming mouse. The manufacturer is quite famous and produces good gaming devices. The mouse fits very comfortably in the palm of your hand. Generally positioned for small or medium hands. Not suitable for large feet. The case is made of matte plastic and rubber, very pleasant to the touch. The mouse's legs are made of Teflon, which ensures smooth gliding on any surface. The sensor is very sensitive 20,000 DPI, it does not break down when the cursor is jerked to the side. The wire is very soft, braided with fabric, and does not hinder the movement of the mouse in any way. Razer Chroma RGB support. Thanks to this, you can assemble other devices from this manufacturer and synchronize their lighting. Speaking of her. The mouse can glow in all the colors of the rainbow and in different glow modes. We also plan to buy a rug from this manufacturer and connect them together so that they glow beautifully synchronously and improve the PC’s workplace.

Razer warranty policy doesn’t make sense.

My review for razer.com I hate to leave a negative review, being a Razer loyalist and buying from them for many years. But I bought the Blackshark V2 pro for £200 in July 2023, and a few days after I bought it some plastic snapped off the part that holds the ear cup to the band. Now I wasn't too bothered because it didn't stop the headset from working and I could use it after taping it up. But 3 days ago the left over plastic has just disintegrated. Now Razer customer services confirmed it was still very much in warranty. However they couldn't replace it because it wasn't "a factory issue". True it wasn't a factory issue, it's an absolute design flaw for a £200 headset! It could pass quality control a hundread times but if you can't take it off 3 times without something popping off it's not a very good headset. So anyway, unfortunately, 1 star.
