I signed up via one of their free Amazon voucher offers but ALL I got was daily Readly email spam and utterly dire customer service reps who were rude, unhelpful and clueless. Lied about me ''not qualifying for the voucher'' despite my getting an email confirmation of the same. To add insult to injury despite my cancelling my account I got charged for my next month.
