Review Description: When I finally received my 3 outfits, over 6 weeks after I ordered them, the material was flimsy and loose. Two of the dresses looked like nightgowns, and I cannot even wear them out of the house. I ordered everything on November 8th and did not receive my holiday dresses until after-Christmas. When I reached out for an update, they provided me a tracking number that was not trackable. Horrible experience! Save your money!!!

Review Description: The retro dress arrived today, post marked from China. Very disappointed! It was supposed to be dark green, but was turquoise blue.The lace work at the top was frayed. Very poor quality overall. I haven't bothered to return it as I don't want to waste my money on postage to get a refund when it wont happen.

I panicked and emailed customer service and they got back to me right away. The following day my swimsuit arrived and I was pleasantly surprised. I absolutely LOVED it! My friends complimented me. I can’t wait for my other items to get here!

Review Description: Ordered a dress and a cloak. They told me the dress was out of stock and to replace the item. The cloak never arrived - I think it got stolen at delivery. I filed reports for my missing mail and told Retro Stage what happened and they did not care. The cloak was $45, out the window.

Review Description: Made an order on November 20th for Christmas presents for my wife and one item came but the other still hasn't arrived and at this point it doesn't seem like it will. A whole month should be enough lead time to process and ship an order. If you are backordered you should say so on the website.

Review Description: So I actually made two separate orders and in one order was a underskirt. I have received that, however, it's been a long time since I've ordered. I emailed to see what the tracking numbers were. No answer. Weird is I paid with PayPal and the transactions went through, however, neither time did I get a confirmation email from them. After sending the email I was sent one tracking number for ONE of the items in a multiple order. Most of the stuff hasn't even been shipped yet. I'm gonna call PP tomorrow to dispute the orders.
