Although I've had to make several returns because of sizing and sometimes quality, I will say that they ship really fast and returns are free and easy. I've never had a problem getting my money back. My only complaint is that some items are too expensive for the item. But I've gotten many things on sale that I really like.

Review Description: Egregious markups on clothes that are poorly made. The fabrics they use for a multitude of the brands they carry is synthetic, poorly constructed and see through. Most recently I ordered a swimsuit and two pareos from the brand Mikoh which used to be a luxury swim brand. The pareos that were over $100 each were just small, cotton squares with unfinished edges that immediately started to unravel. The bikini was so rough and poorly made it might as well have been Shein or Zaful. Save your money and do not order from here

I NEEDED a dress for the next week. So, then I order a new one. Guess what! THE WRONG DRESS IS DELIVERED. AND it is balled up in a bag, clearly resold from an old customer.

Revolve blamed this on fedex - after hours being on the phone to fedex revolve only delivered one item out of the 4. I re ordered - the items didn’t arrive. I’ve contact revolve endless times on email. No reply. I’ve attempted via phone. The lines are down and what a surprise the chat doesn’t work. I’m now £700 down. I cannot get hold of revolve. This company is corrupt and I will be taking legal action.

Review Description: Easy to buy, easy to return and they have the most well staffed call center ever. Went from picking up the phone to resolving my issue in under 3 mins. Have purchased many times from them and will continue to do soAs for the quality: Revolve is a market place they sell many brands, one of the reasons I like it. Its up to you which brands you want to buy. Cheaper brands like Free People are obviously going to be a lower quality than luxury brands like Zimmermann.

Review Description: I ordered a shoe from the U.K. and it arrived in a U.S size so it was a size too small. I called them on a local U.K. number and they were super helpful and sent out the correct size right away before I had even sent to shoe back. The postage is really fast too.
