I tried to return the item, they provided undeliverable address for a return, which is why they asked me to provide them with a tracking number and send them an email to confirm it was delivered. They knew it wouldn't get delivered. I have never ever had a legitimate company asking me to give them the tracking number. SCAM, DO NOT USE!

Review Description: rihoas.com are so unbelievably awful, the worst company ever. The customer service is shocking and months later I have still not been refunded. It's a joke they just like taking people's money. I am going to contact the press. Please please never buy from these people. They don't even have a telephone number to phone which is ridiculous. I was encouraged to keep my stuff, I had to keep repeatedly saying that I wished to return stuff. It's my right to do so. They owe me 124.90 plus shipping. I'd give minus stars but that isn't an option.

Review Description: Avoid this company. Shipping takes forever. Overpriced for quality, and the sizing is all over the place. I have 4 garments all the same size, that are all wildly different.Customer service is poor. Attempting to return is difficult. They are very slow to respond, and will not provide an official return label. I asked them to provide and deduct cost from return, they refused. They do offer you a percentage of your money back to just keep the items. They seem like a scam, not worth dealing with
