Cuando enfrentamos problemas con nuestro inodoro Roca InWash, el equipo de atención al cliente no solo se comprometió a resolverlo, sino que también reemplazaron todo el sistema de lavado, demostrando una excelente predisposición para abordar el inconveniente. Aunque inicialmente otorgué 4 estrellas por su actitud proactiva, tras la solución exitosa, reconocí que merecen aún más. Estamos observando cómo todo funciona a la perfección, lo que me hará elevar mi calificación a 5 estrellas, una vez corroborado su rendimiento a largo plazo. Mi odisea comenzó el 28/11/2023, al adquirir el inodoro InWash con innovador sistema de limpieza íntima. Desafortunadamente, tras la garantía, diversos componentes como la carcasa, soportes, placa electrónica y bomba de agua presentaron fallos. A pesar de la atención meticulosa y ser utilizada únicamente por dos adultos, la calidad de los materiales y la durabilidad dejaron mucho que desear. La fragilidad del plástico y la necesidad de reparaciones costosas se convirtieron en un obstáculo. Más allá de mis expectativas iniciales, la relación calidad-precio se tornó decepcionante. La exclusividad del servicio técnico de Roca y los elevados costos asociados amplificaron mi frustración y sensación de decepción con esta compra.
