My review for rudraksha-ratna.com Damaged item sent to UK, because not like picture on their website. Despite being declared under £60 had to pay customs charge to FedEx UK. Again paid for return shipping and refund does not include any shipping costs. In total a £96.69 purchase, £13.40 to FedEx customs charge, £15 post back to India cost. Refund back £84.24 they dont refund their shipping cost which is £12.45, I had to fight with Fedex to get custom refund. In total I get back from £84.24 minus total loss of £27.45 is £56.79. This is a disaster for making international purchase, only positive is their customer service as they did refund and reply to all my emails. J
