Review Description: Really Bad customer service!I complained about poor quality of the cotton pant. In less than one month the color get faid and lose color. I've not even washed it yet. Company rep. asked me to wash the pants that may fix problem! After I sent all pictures and evidences I received an email that your case is now resolved!!! How my problem is resolved while I did not get any response! They close the case without customer satisfaction.
