My overview for ryka.com I would not have even given this one star it isn't price it in any respect! Your customer support is severely missing in courtesy kindness and resolving a difficulty. I used to be despatched a return label that I may return my footwear by mail or I imagine he mentioned (And I am not even certain as a result of he didn't communicate clearly) FedEx was the opposite choice. After all I opted for the free United postal service return. So I name to test on the return, which was despatched October the seventh, at the moment is October 18th, and he tells me they haven't acquired it but. And that the refund may take as much as 3 to 4 weeks!!!!!!!!!! Excuse me???? At this level I'm taking this to the Higher Enterprise Bureau. It's completely insane to have to attend a month for a return to be processed! And so far as I'm involved the product is massively missing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR THEIR COMPANY. S
