Stores are ok but no customer service

My review for sallybeauty.com Occasionally, I have gone to Sally Beauty stores and have no complains. This review is for their customer service in regard to online and account issues. I emailed them 1/26/24 because I didn't have time to call. I had an issue with an online account. They messaged me 3 or 4 days later and obviously wanted info to verify me to proceed. On 2/5 I had to call the customer service line because no response and I HATE talking on the phone. After getting transferred and hung up on, I finally find someone that could resolve the issue. All of this stress wasn't even necessary. Today is 2/10/24 and still none of those jerks felt the need to respond after 2 more emails sent. That's enough for me to cancel my online account and never deal with them again. People these days really underestimate good customer service. If someone has a problem and no one cares enough to resolve it then WHY would they support your business?

I started to contact with their customer service about my complain and i expected them to fix the issue. their supervisor never called me back. they are really irresponsible. never get any service from them. do not waste your money.

Customer service…phenomenal!

My review for sallybeauty.com Pat went out of her way to help and follow up on an order I placed. She called me the second she realised one item wasn’t in stock, offered to travel to another store, collect it and let me know when to pop in. She called back immediately after realising there was a stock take which might delay her collecting it. She then called again once she did have it with her. I cannot thank her enough for her personal touch and customer service which went far above and beyond. When I met her at the store, she was as sunny and charming as I had expected. Great products, amazing service - couldn’t have been a better experience!
