My review for sashtime.co.uk Ordered a fire guard through eBay which arrived damaged. I then realised they had substituted the one I had ordered with a cheap alternative. I sent them photos of the damage and their response was 'we have no more stock of the item so we will give you 20% credit and that closes the matter' They are still listing this item on eBay however. I contacted eBay who got me all my money back in 24 hours. C

My evaluate for sashtime.co.uk I incorrectly positioned an oder with these individuals on Ebay, i cancelled after 5 minutes and defined the explanation why, the subsequent morning i received an e mail at 8.15am saying the weren't going to cancel and that they'd already posted it. Which i actually do not belive as i cancelled 12 hours earlier than and actually 5 minutes after inserting it. So mainly they've seen the grasping pound indicators and took the cash and thought sod him. I've received all of the proof screenshotted, i would not purchase from these untrustworthy individuals.
