Living in Texas, I understand the impact of the scorching heat on frozen shipments, and UPS deliveries aren't ideal for preserving the integrity of the products. What's more, the sudden influx of marketing emails, despite specifying otherwise in my account settings, felt intrusive and distant. And learning about the layoff of all customer service phone agents was the final blow. It's disheartening to see a company once known for its exceptional service taking such a drastic turn. My past experiences with Schwan's were unforgettable - the convenience, quality, and taste kept me coming back for more. What's more, we encountered a 1x1/2 inch piece of silicone and inedible clumps in the California Blend vegetables. I promptly reported these issues to the company, and although they expressed regret and offered a credit for the fudge pops, they did not address the problem with the vegetables despite numerous phone calls. The potential danger these foreign objects pose cannot be overstated. The thought of a child encountering these hazards is truly alarming, and the implications could be catastrophic.
