The trimmer had scratches on it and the battery appeared prefer it was submerged underwater with stains on it. Due to this, the battery would not cost and is ineffective. Customer support mentioned to mail it again they usually'll ship me a brand new one. The field was broken so I had gotten rid of it. They won't accommodate me for my trouble of getting a brand new one and sending it again to them. If that they had examined the merchandise they might see it did not work.
