If you buy as a Christmas gift in November, you can’t return it because they won’t let you go past 30 days even for Christmas. Don't bother with customer service, they can't or won't help with anything but they do, "understand how you feel." Review Description: Just terrible customer support. I made an order on November 23 that finally showed up on Dec. 13, but with wrong items (which I had confirmed on Nov. 24 they were shipping correct items). I called to get the correct items shipped and was assured they were coming - they're not (so won't have them for Christmas despite ordering on Nov. 23), nobody knows what they're doing in shipping/fulfillment at Segway. Plus they require a FedEx signature, raising another massive headache b/c FedEx never tells you when they're coming.
