At every stage of the criticism, communication was gradual and COLD. And so they had the audacity to supply me a pathetic 10% off my subsequent order, which might clearly by no means occur once more. Clearly an incompetent and unethical enterprise, with gradual, imply, irritating and miserly customer support. Merry Christmas to you too, Sephora.
