Review Description: Please don't use this company they are atrocious. I ordered some perfume costing £76 in December. The box arrived empty. After many emails they agreed to send a replacement and yet another box arrived empty. I then emailed them another 6 times and I have only had automated replies. There is no way of contacting them by phone and when I tried to do a live chat I waited for 50 minutes to chat to someone and then they cut me off. I really don't know how they are still trading. Again please don't use them!

Review Description: Italian Sephora REFUSES to accept returns via corriere, so they get caught in the postal service and end up being sent back to the sender a month later. I paid to send back product the day after it arrived, and have waited over a month for any communication, and today the package I sent on the 1st of January was returned to me with the message 'destination refused to accept package'. Crazy bad. I will never ever order from this terrible company again.

Review Description: Sephora has taken over Feel Unique and what a mess.I received my order but want to return. I have been trying to request a return via their site it does not accept my order number. Have tried emailing and send messages via FB Messenger. No replies. Not impressed and certainly will think twice about using this company again. Customer Service clearly does not exists! Trading standards are being contacted as it’s shocking lack of service.How can I return something?!??!

Review Description: SCAMMERS!!!! I want my money back!!!!!! your delivery company is ABSOLUTELY TRASH!!! I've been home waiting for the package all day and they never came but send me again the email where they missed me and try next working day. I guess they'll do the same and then I'll lose my money, readying the reviews here I'll never get a refund? I am disgusted thinking such a big brand use Evri as delivery courier that is the worst in the world. Don't buy online from them unless you're willing to give away your money for NOTHING!!!!!!!!

Review Description: Would give no stars if I could! Ordered an item early Jan received incorrect item as what I ordered out went of stock by the time they packed my order. No customer service to explain this just sent me a completely different item. Trying to contact to get a refund as I have had to make another purchase for what I wanted to order via another company! Review Description: I received a broken bottle of perfume which was opened on Christmas Day. I emailed company on Boxing Day to advise and asking for a refund. Many emails later I finally get a reply saying I was too late for a refund as just over 30 days since purchase. However I received it late with Evri and emailed them within 30 days. They say it’s date of dispatch that counts but consumer rights say it’s from date of delivery which I have proof of. I have sent them all the details, many times over, but they have never responded again.
