During check out the website gives you the choice of multiple samples but then you only get one and it's not even what you picked. In my case it was a stinky perfume, which went straight into the bin. Stuff like this irritate me enormously. Rather don't offer me anything. Prices are quite high too. Often the same products are avail on other websites for cheaper and free shipping too. To get free shipping with Sephora, you must spend a lot.

Horrible customer service , you ask for something and they will reply you with some automatic answer sheet. Such a big company shouldnt have troubles reading and answering english. After month they gave me a refund. Sent my package to wrong adress, wanted them to reship my order , they held my money for like 40 days , wrote them last note and they just refunded. Not recommend

How can Sephora send out the wrong…

How can Sephora send out the wrong shade of lipstick 3 times in a row?!! Well they did and they argue your Paypal dispute and expect you to go out and return the product during covid-19 pandemic. Not giving them another chance! Oh so Sephora replied below... have a nice day...Does that mean spending my day trying in vain to get a response from your Facebook or telephone call centres? Why when you’ve argued my Paypal dispute. Doesn’t go very far to improving your image with regards to my review Sephora and all your other bad reviews!

Dont do it

I have always loved sephora in store. When I travel to France I always visit and purchase alot. Now that im in the Netherlands I have decided to order at sephora.fr for once and see how it went. I accidentally let my package be shipped to a sephora store the site was very unclear. Now im trying to call and email sephora.fr but the wont respond. I hope that they will via this way. I am really sad since I wanted my package for my stewardess internship now it will never be on time
