My review for shape-you.de Bestellt habe ich bei diesem Shop am 28.09.2022. Heute ist der 20.10.2022 und ich habe meine Bestellung noch immer nicht erhalten. Wenige Tage nach meiner Bestellung wurde ich vom Kundendienst darüber informiert, dass die von mir georderte Geschmacksrichtung nicht auf Lager wäre und ob eine andere versendet werden könnte. Ich antwortete und gab die alternative Geschmacksrichtung bekannt. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass meine Antwort-E-Mail vom System vom Shop geblockt wurde - wonach ich es mit einer anderen E-Mail-Adresse versuchte. Auch diese wurde geblockt. Schließlich versuchte ich es mehrfach über das Kontaktformular... bislang keinerlei Antwort erhalten. Bezahlt wurde der Artikel natürlich per Sofortüberweisung... Das ist die schlechteste Erfahrung, die ich je mit einem Onlinehändler machen musste. Eine Lösung ist bislang noch nicht in Sicht... A
