I would like to award 0 stars to shapeme.com, but unfortunately, that's not an option. This online store provides remarkably poor quality products and shifts the blame onto customers by accusing them of excessive wear and tear, which is simply unjustifiable and absurd. I never received an explanation as to how items could allegedly deteriorate within a single day. I reluctantly agreed to a return only due to the relentless use of generic phrases that coerced me into doing so, all at my own expense. If the stakes had been higher, I would have sought legal counsel purely on principle, to combat such audacious and disrespectful treatment of customers. Nonetheless, the quality and customer service standards remain abysmally poor. The customer service responses are agonizingly slow, and when received, they provide little to no resolution.
