Review Description: Prices are way to high. With the increase in groceries extra this is just to much. Membership fee plus higher grocery prices plus a tip? OMG too much! Also wanted to cancel my membership through chat and the agent kept telling me I had to call a 1-800 number? Umm no I don't. The agent then would not transfer me to another agent or supervisor. I had to angrily type in the chat. I was out a pone, waiting for a replacement due to an issue. Made clear I had no phone. 15 minutes later, finally transferred and helped. POOR customer service

Shipt never picked up the groceries, but marked the order "delivered" anyway. I picked up the groceries the next day.

Review Description: The app is complete trash, you get paid "randomly", inconsistent money, and it's not worth investing to much time on ships, because you gotta remember at the end of the day who knows when you will get your money transferred to you, and if you are expecting money in any holiday they will say that it probably got delayed because of the holidays, DOORDASH IS BETTER, actual 1-2 business days transfer. Also, Shipt customer services associates are actually ZERO HELP

Customer service says cancel your order and just place it again. Willing to give a $10 credit after being on the phone with them for almost two hours. They said the shopper hasn’t answered them but I’m to give them another another hour to deliver.

Review Description: The reason you have such a difficult time with Shipt is because they give most of the offers to brand new shoppers. They offer no training or support, everyone is basically set up to fail, including the customer. If a shopper does not have a perfect 5.0 rating they will stop seeing offers for good, they can only do the orders that were not picked up by the new shoppers that come available the next hour and those are 100% going to be late. You are better off ordering from Instacart, it's not ran by egomaniac children like Shipt.

When I write customer service they answer a question I didn't even ask and refuse to answer the one I did. This company should be shut down
