My evaluation for shokz.com I like their merchandise - I've 2 areopex and a pair of open run Execs and simply acquired the brand new Open Matches…however their customer support terrible- the worst I've ever skilled. You get transferred over to a name middle within the Philippines of the place they will’t actually clear up your situation. When you ask to talk to a supervisor- they inform you that you'll go on an inventory and the supervisor will name you at a minimal of 48 hours later ( or under no circumstances in my case ). Very irritating and simply due to their customer support makes me wish to keep away from any of their merchandise sooner or later. They should get their act collectively - very disappointing!
