I ordered a dress on 24th November with express delivery to the UK, paying almost £30 for a promised delivery within 3-5 working days. Unfortunately, the dress arrived two days late, on the 3rd of December, causing me to miss the event I bought it for. What's more frustrating is that both the company and the delivery service have refused to refund the delivery fee. Additionally, the cost of returning the dress would amount to £20, resulting in a total loss of £50. This entire ordeal has been nothing short of an absolute disappointment. The lack of accountability and refusal to acknowledge their mistake has truly marred my impression of Showpo's customer service. Unlawful promoting

My assessment for showpo.com Marketed for a Black Friday sale so I bought 4 attire and was charged full value on the checkout totalling $360. I contacted them instantly to be instructed there was nothing that could possibly be executed nor refunded the distinction although promoting a product for a value to then not honour it's Unlawful. The one answer they gave was to cancel the order if it has not been dispatched (which it hadn’t) I responded inside 7 minutes of receiving that recommendation through e mail telling them to cancel. I then obtained delivery particulars 3 hours later and my order was posted . I Haven’t heard from them since after 4 comply with up emails. I shall be reporting this to the ACCC because it breaks shopper legal guidelines.
