However, my experience had its ups and downs. I had ordered a R1 Shredlight and an SL1000 Pack Shredlight from Sickboards.nl, eagerly anticipating their arrival. When the package finally reached me after a little over a week, my excitement turned into disappointment. The contents of the SL1000 Pack were not as expected. Instead of receiving an SL1000 light and the corresponding skateboard mounts, I found an SL300 light and mounts for the skateboard. The discrepancy between what was advertised – an SL1000 Pack – and what was received left me feeling let down. The error seemed to stem from a mix-up during the packaging process. Even the paper receipt inside the shipment indicated that what I received was what was intended, contradicting the website's product description and images. To add to the disappointment, the value of the items received was significantly lower than what I had paid for. With the SL300 at 49.95 euros, mounts at 7.95 euros, and the SL1000 at 89.95 euros, the math just didn't add up. Paying nearly 94 euros for products worth around 58 euros seemed quite unfair. Thankfully, my payment through Paypal came to the rescue. The resolution center facilitated a fair solution where I was reimbursed the price difference between the SL300 and the SL1000. While this resolved the monetary aspect, the overall experience left much to be desired. In conclusion, my experience with Sickboards.nl embodies a mix of authenticity, disappointment, and eventual resolution.
