NEVER AGAIN

My review for sierra.com Ordered boots from Sierra Trading Post, and my order was confirmed. The next day I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled, without any explanation. They had already deducted funds from my account. I went online and the same item was still available. I have ordered from them before without any problems. This will be the last order!!! Spoke with customer service today and was told the item was canceled because the billing address didn’t match the card, but the funds were deducted from my account. Checked my bank and there is no issue with billing address. Be aware of this company!!!!!!
