Lastly responded with counteroffer of refund requested BUT solely after lodgement of dispute with PayPal. In response to provider response of 17 January 2023Packing Slip and despatch emails indicated full order had been shipped, not half fulfilment. A refund was requested for the gadgets that weren't delivered plus postage NOT the total quantity of the order… On the idea of the inaccuracy of their response, I might change my score to zero stars if doable 😳
