My review for snapfish.com I placed an urgent order on 29th December and estimated date of delivery was between the 3rd and 5th of January 2024. I contacted them one week ago, or rather I had an interaction with what was surely an AI bot. To this date I have not received any indication as to where my order might be. There's no tracking reference on my order history but it's status reads delivered. I have been using Snapfish since 2010 but the level of service is the worst that I have ever experienced in this time. I'm hoping this is just a blib, but I fear that customer service across all industries is something that has been sacrificed for profit.
